How can i pay for my order?

You can choose one of the following payment options:

Credit cards will be validated and authorized to guarantee security of purchase and prevent fraud.
 

Which currencies can i pay in?

In euro.
 
When will the amount be debited?

The amount will be debited once your credit card has been authorized by the issuing bank, and you have received an email from ZIGNIADESIGN confirming that your order has been placed correctly.
 
Should there be a problem during the payment process, an error message will appear on screen warning you that payment could not be made.

Is it safe to use my credit card to shop online?

Your details are sent in encrypted format using the SSL protocol.
Online payments made with Visa and MasterCard only allow secure online shopping (SOS). Once the card has been verified, the system contacts the issuing bank so that the purchaser may authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms authenticity, payment with the card can be paid. If there is no confirmation, the order is cancelled.

How will i know when my order arrives?

When your order ships, the carrier will send you an email to inform you about the tracking number and about the link to its website so that you can track your order.

when does delivery take place?

The carrier delivers from Monday to Friday to the delivery address you provided when you have been placed your order.
 
We endeavour to deliver orders in a period of 7-10 days(working days) of you placing your order because of the handcrafted process of our jewelry.

Shipping rates

In order to keep shipping charges to a minimum, for each order they are calculated automatically according to the purchase and destination. The shipping cost for Spanish transport will be free for purchase over hundred euro (included iva) in the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

We will inform you of the exact amount before the purchasing process is completed.

Deliveries outside the EU may include tariffs or import duties for which the receiver must take full order. ZIGNIA DESIGN has no authority over these amounts established by the different customs authorities and, therefore, it can't anticipate the price. If your order is affected by these tariffs you will have to pay directly to the carrier or relevant authorities.

Do you deliver to post office boxes?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we do not deliver to post office boxes.

My order hasn't arrived

If your order does not arrive within the stated period (7-10 from the order date), fill in the contact form and we will contact you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

The item i received is defective

At ZIGNIA DESIGN we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive goods in perfect condition. However, if you consider an item you receive to be defective, please fill in the contact form detailing the fault and stating whether you require a refund or a replacement (subject to availability). We will contact you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

I have received an item i didn't order

First of all, we apologize for this error. We recommend you fill in the contact form including the reference number of the item you received in error. Please state whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Do you deliver to addresses other than the billing address?

Yes, we do. When you place your order you can specify whether the billing address and  delivery address are the same or different.

How about exchanges and returns

If you are not completely satisfied with an article you have purchased, you should return it within 7 days of reception, to our address. Please, that postage must be paid by the purchaser.  Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with the original proof of purchase/invoice received with the order. We recommend you also include the messenger service receipt as proof of delivery. We recommend sending it by registered post or similar.

If i exchange an item do i have to place a new order?

At the moment, it is not possible to exchange an item purchased from Zignia Design for a new or different one in a single transaction.  First, you must return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the desired piece pieces. Once the piece has been returned, we will process a refund. If the item was a gift, the refund will be made to the purchaser.

What about the packaging?

Because jewelry is also what surrounds it, Zignia Design takes special care in its presentation and we deliver it with a pretty packaging, offering an special attention to details and custom made. We will make delivery of jewelry in a properly protected way with the best suitable packaging.

Guarantee

Your purchase is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase for material defects and production faults.
The guarantor is Zignia Design, C. Cervantes 102, local 3. - 08221 Terrassa -Barcelona- (Spain). 

During a period of two years as of the date of purchase, your Zignia creation will be repaired free of charge. If this is not possible, or the repair exceeds the cost of the item, we will exchange it for one of equal value.

This guarantee does not apply to damage due to improper use, repairs made by third parties, negligence, wear, wearable parts (such as leather, velvet and satin lace) or if the item is damaged in an accident, for instance. We recommend that you read the information in the section How to care for your jewelry for tips on maintenance. This Zignia Design guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, or limit them in any way.

You may avail yourself of this guarantee at any time during its two-year validity period, by sending any defective item to Zignia Design along with proof of purchase. You will be reimbursed the transport costs, provided that the guarantee remains valid.

For the sake of security, we suggest you send items by registered post or recorded delivery. We accept no responsibility for the damage, loss or theft of objects while in transit
